Hi, how are you doing?

I?m interested in getting a mp3-pc console to use with my notebook... and i?m choosing between 2:

Behringer BCD2000
[Only registered and activated users can see links]

Hercules MkII
[Only registered and activated users can see links]

I?m just an amateur DJ, the console will be used just at home or friends house.

Anyone has ever used them? any recommendations? any other good one?

Thanx in advance! Greetings from Argentina.

I would go with the Hercules my friend. I know someone who has the Behringer BCD2000 and he doesnt like it one bit. The jog wheels are really small and the overall quality just isn't there. Unless your willing to drop about $1200 for a Pioneer DJM 800, those are the two models for the money. Keep an eye out with M-Audio's website. They just released a new line of PC DJ software called SycroSience. I heard that there is a planned midi controler to be realesed sometime this winter. I suspect at the winter NAMM conference. That one will be more in your pricepoint.
