I have to agree with the whole parents concern. If that really happened to my child I would be absolutely devastated. Their reaction is just strange.

My understanding of it too was that they never showed (recorded?) that part either, in the original video. Which is strange because I could find a real beheading video in a couple of minutes with google, but not this one.

there is a compilation of Syrian beheadings on best gore.

A lot are ending up with the head been twisted off/hacked off due to poor cutting.

Nicolas Berg was cut off and shown in one sequence no?

Genuine or not, 'the world' is still baffled by this video.

What's to say separates the difference between other beheadings, Lee Rigby, etc. etc. etc.

Something else I noticed, but will have to go back and check. He cuts his neck holding the knife with his left hand, indicating he is left handed. However his gun holster is on his left shoulder, indicating he is right handed. Unless he changes to his right hand, I will check later.
