^That was the first GU I ever bought. It was so long ago I had to drive an hour out of town to the bigger city which had a Best Buy so I could find it. That Fortunato & Montresor opener is still amazing and why Digweed is still my #1 fav. Going to go listen to this again now.

Ohh I've got one...

Oakenfold's Sydney stop on his Essential Mix World Tour in 1999.

I think this may be one of the first mp3's I ever listened to. So I was in college in 1999 and the first year or so when I was there we finally got non dialup internet in the dorms, and Napster just came out. So I discovered this and the rest is history,

I swear I got a scene rip of this way back when with some sweet ansi are in the .nfo file, but I can't find it anywhere online, so maybe I'm forgetting. But I distinctly remember listening to this set and also his Resident - 2 Years at Cream over 20 years ago and were some of the first things I ever heard on mp3 and realized how awesome they were.


The mix from Delerium - Silence into Slacker - God Damn Noise still slams. Clip below jumping to that mix here:
