                  Available in the Professional/Ultimate versions of Windows (presume also Vista Business). As with all things like this, unless you know what you are doing it's better to leave alone. I find them handy for making extremely restricted guest accounts.

                              Microsoft is launched that type programme for professional user to use. This programme is very nice and easy to use. In which you have get the permission with create the new account and ready for access it.

                                  Hi guys would this solve some of the infernal issues with Vista and Win 7 when not running with full admin privilidges i.e. when you "white list" a program does that mean its fully available for all users on the PC?
