Here's what it boils down to, whether Obammy is an NBC...if not, he's not eligible to hold the office that he occupies. As a constitutional scholar himself, he understands he doesn't meet the definition, as he has made clear in at least two instances, the one I referenced above in the debate with Alan Keyes and the one below:

It's a small but important distinction. He went from fraudulently claiming his status as an NBC (which is impossible since he was born as a subject of Britain) to claiming "native citizen," which does not meet the constitutional requirements of Presidential eligibility.
