Maybe i had a prob with my old install although that was only a couple of months old. Do you use unity? Its definitely faster with launching apps and popping out from autohide it seems.Originally posted by Hoff

I haven't used my home PC as much as I used to now that I have my Motorola Xoom. I miss the poor fella It's still running 12.04, and what I've seen on the net makes it sound like there weren't a lot of noticable changes that were implemented.
