Mint Warehouse Presents DJ Sneak b2b Doc Martin and more

Mint Warehouse Presents DJ Sneak b2b Doc Martin and more
    Leeds
    September 8th

DJ SNEAK, DOC MARTIN, (Exclusive 6 hour back-to-back set) D'JULZ, DARIUS SYROSSIAN

Mint Warehouse with its three rooms, Funktion One sound and outdoor terrace is back for another large party on September 8th, headlined by DJ Sneak, Doc Martin, D’Julz and Darius Syrossian.

DJ Sneak is the original house gangster and a Chicago house pioneer. His tough, jacking style takes cues from everything from Latin music to salsa, arriving on labels like Be As One, Desolat, Cecille records and many more. As well as DJing around the world, Sneak has also mixed it up for the illustrious fabric series as well as NRK’s Back in the Box – few people do house music quite like this man.

If there was a house DJ in America who could accurately claim to be the most important house DJ working today, it would be Doc Martin. But then, Doc would never accept such a title even if it happens to be true, because Doc is not only a legendary talent but a legendarily humble man who has mixed it up for fabric, released on Obsessive, Classic, NRK and many more influential labels.

Whether it’s through his productions, radio shows, compilations, parties or club sets, D'Julz has been at the forefront of electronic music since his career first began back in 1992. A firm DJ and fan favourite alike, his ability to transcend genres and trends has seen him hold one of the most consistent levels of success of any modern day DJ/Producer. A run of form that is at its strongest, today as witnessed by the success story of his label Bass Culture Records.

Leeds legend Darius Syrossian ran a vinyl store in the city for years so has an unrivalled knowledge of house music from all eras. As a producer, his tech house vibe is one loved by the likes of Heidi (who signed Darius to her recent Jackathon comp) but also Steve Lawler who holds him as one of the key cogs in his VIVa Music wheel. As such, Darius plays everywhere from WMC to Sankeys to both Americas so is a revered guest indeed.

On top of this, local and much loved Leeds promotion Nest will host the second room, and have had the likes of Will Saul play for them in the past. A third room of music will also be completed before the event, ensuring a 360 degree musical experience.
