I always start with a protein + water shake and then lunch. And then a protein bar late afternoon. And maybe another protein + water mix with dinner.

Talking about protein, has anyone tried truenutrition.com? I've bought from there twice, quite like their stuff.

I love the idea of a good protein shake... unfortunately for me, I have had 1 too many protein shakes for this lifetime. I will buy the occasional pre-made muscle milk though if I am super short on time.

I am almost vegetarian...once or twice a week I will get a sandwich with chicken or ham on it because its convenient...earlier in the year when I had time it helped me lose weight on top of gym

Been pushing the whole Atkins approach to eating so after my 5 am workout will have 3 eggs for breakfast with 100% pure whey and a cup of coffee with cream. Lunch is a chicken salad or chicken and veg, supper; Fish/ chicken and veg
