This is a common argument made by the looney left. And Kerry isn't the first to jump on that bandwagon.

Madeline Albright (former secretary of state) said this same thing back before the 2004 election. She said that she thought the Bush admin. had Osama at Gitmo, and was going to parade him out right before the election to be sure they won. Guess she was a bit off base on that one.... huh? But now that she was proven wrong, is there any retraction? Of course not. People will just continue to believe the same shit, and just find a new target date of "capture." (i.e. - Well, Bush didn't need to bring out Osama because he knew he was going to beat Kerry... so he saved his "get out of jail free" card for later. ) or (He's saving Osama's capture until the next election) etc....

It's nothing new. That's why I just continue to yawn and ignore the left.

I have heard that, they have someone in military custody, who is a very high profile terrorist. Since they didn?t name him or her, it can be Osama. Moreover, I want to know what they would say; IF Osama is in the jail since a while, on questions, why they want to show this achievement just before the elections.
