Actually it's a bit wrong. The person that drew the lines on the map did so themselves and did not use the tracks published by NOAA or the NHC. The path of Charley took the eye directly through Orange County and on the western side of Volusia County. I believe Frances' path is wrong too as it made landfall in St. Lucie County (Ft. Pierce to be exact).
