Vielleicht nicht grad das appetitlichste Bild, aber als gebürtiger und stolzer Schwabe geht nix über einen Kassler mit Sauerkraut und Kartoffelbrei :D

SAUERKRAUT IS GEIL!
auf jeden das frische vom metzger aus bayern, dazu noch lecker frische WÜRSTCHEN, auch vom metzger, schnell aufn grill und mein frühstück ist gerettet.
gibt hier oben in köln leider kein so geiles wie in bayern.
ja und noch kartoffelpüree boah lecker... jetz hab ich hunger :((
bitte betitelt mich jetzt nicht als bayer, ich bin waschechter kölner ;)

aber btw fressen ja die amis das meiste sauerkraut ;DDD

correct me if i'm wrong, but afaik you eat it slovenia too! ;) and true that, the picture really ain't the best :D

i've read that in the northern parts of slovenia the kitchen is influenced by austria, so you have sauerkraut there. i don't know the slovenian name of it, neither do i know which part of ylovenia you're coming from.
i've never ate it with apples here in germany, though recipes tend to say you should grate an apple and a potato into the kraut while cooking, makes it a little more thicker and tastier.

Wir haben an Weihnachten immer Ente mit Semmelkn?deln und s?ssem Kraut. Super, jedes Jahr ein Highlight, und am n?chsten Tag gibts bei der Familie meiner Freundin genau das gleiche. Auch genial!
