Amazon has it with prime shipping for $36 .. a bit cheaper than ordering from Bedrock I think, for the US anyway

Did anyone else notice that on the tracklisting on the back of the slip case of Live in Miami, there is no Disc 1, but instead two Disc 2's? Poor proofreading.

So instead of sending me Live in Argentina and Live in Miami, they sent me Live in Miami and Versus by accident. I contacted them and Scott told me to keep Versus. They sent me two Live in Argentina CDs by accident. So I ended up with Live in Miami, Versus, and two Live in Argentina CDs.
