    The bottom line is that you have access to the funds, whether it stays in her possession or not.

    So why not open a joint (in yours and your aunts name) checking/savings account, you get a visa check card and use the money at leisure/your own free will. No need for hiring anyone in that case, no wire transfer of funds/hand out of cash AND you have direct access to the money. Moreover, with that much of a balance in the bank, if / when you need to have access to the money, just get a loan and show the bank you have access to this money. That might need a little advise from a tax accountant but is the safest way ahead imo
