Guys and Gals, I have to hurry/leaving for short-term vacations.
I won't be back until next Tuesday, so if Get Carter is the correct answer, I would appreciate of someone else posts a new cap for me

Band is really big where we live. Our kid's school's band dept has a policy that they "turn away no one" wanting to play an instrument & be in the band, regardless of physical disabilities or disabilities of any kind. They get out on the field at 6 am to practice, starting in the hottest month of August & are the largest school band in the nation. Because it's so big, the homecoming king & queen are always band members (i.e., loyalty). They teach them a lot about posture, punctuality, discipline, commitment, and group coordination, as well has leadership, music & team spirit. they work hard & do things for the community.
Only an ignorant person would call them dorks, imo.
