    Ran until my muscles pumped battery acid and ran a little more, worked out in the gym until I couldn't lift my limbs anymore and got and gave a good beating at kickbox training...

    Nevermind me, just on a pretty heavy shedual :wink:

                    I spent some time over at Bedrock. Didn't post anything, just did some reading and got a kick out of some things. Didn't take long to feel out of place.

                    ms is home for most of us.

                            Yeh me too but i did post a little as you would have seen. The place doesn`t seem to have the same vibe as this one. Plus there are only a few posts an hour so there is nothing really to bounce off.

                            P.s, did you see the guy called `Digweed sucks c--k` say he thought digweed should retire? What a muppet.
