Re: wtf nebraska
The State of Nebraska has not yet requested a Presidential Disaster Declaration, which could allow for government entities and individual assistance for homeowners, business owners and renters. The State of Nebraska continues to conduct damage assessment on individual and public properties in an effort to determine if thresholds have been met for a Presidential Disaster Declaration.

Re: wtf nebraska
In other words...you feel the need to speak in a "special" way like your chums...because you feel the need to be accepted and to belong to something? Is that it? I agree to an extent that some are interesting from a linguistic point of view...but I always though substance was more important than the form ...understanding one "dialect" doesn't make a difference when there is probably 1000+ just in the US not to mention other English speaking countries. . .to each their own...I always avoided that shit...cockney, chav, pikey talk... prefer to speak proper English...the only problem is swearing..can't seem to quit that shit...and I should.Leave a comment:

Re: wtf nebraska
not pointless. and very productive. experiencing and understanding the whole gamut of said dialects fosters a super productive, structured integrity; a coherent adaptability, and allows a widening range of linguistic synthesis. =)Leave a comment:

Re: wtf nebraska
our contact in the secret service got us escorted passes to sit in on senate official business (we just got back, and i can assure you independence is live as ever). also, you're terribly wrong... D.C is not the last refuge - as everything, literally, is here. your dissent is welcomed, though, so rage on. it is anticipated that the level of conspiracy quackery - prevalent in this subfurm - is due to hoodwinking during schooling, books/internet brainwash, and should therefore be dismissed as rank hogwash.
if you can't walk the walk don't talk the talk.

as for the crisis in nebraska, and it not being widely covered in the media: it's damage control executed so that mass panic will not ensue...
Sarcasm: the last refuge of modest and chaste-souled people when the privacy of their soul is coarsely and intrusively invaded.

And to tell you the truth...I think the language you use...while it may be the way you speak normally...discourages an argument. I honestly have better things to to than read your post three times to catch your drift...i don't mean that as an insult...just stating the facts since I am at work most of the time these days.Leave a comment:
