If it don't look up at me and scream before I kill it, it's probably a side dish.

After a big pasta meal I felt as if a zillion needles were going in and out of my muscles when I would wake up next day and zero motivation to do anything at all. I wont lie I still eat pasta and drink beer but in rare occasions. I have reduced my gluten intake by 80% this year and i feel so much better

Some interesting thoughts on that subject here: Beer low in Gluten/Gluten light? - Beer - Chowhound

It all comes down to individual sensitivity, so i certainly wouldn't advocate that a celiac freely drink beer based on those findings, but it's worth a look if you're a beer nerd like me.

I absolutely believe that is possible. Gluten is a toxin.

Statistics say American's are consuming 10% less meat this year > last. Quinoa burgers ftw!
Global demand has increased for quinoa, as a result the places where it is harvested naturally, the locals are facing shortages.

Will find the article and post it.

I did some reading and I'm quite shocked. I will have to pay more attention when I buy meat. I've never noticed it mentioning corn or grass fed on any meat labels at the grocery store before...
Some stores like whole foods or Trader Joes here are very specific on the content and the way of whatever you are eating is grown. The food industry became quite evil over the past 20 years lets put it this way It was much less detrimental to your health to be omnivorous back in the days than now.
