from what I see, it's got a screen about 0.5" bigger. having used the ginormous note for a few months now, I can honestly say I would have preferred something slightly smaller than the Note but bigger than my old galaxy s2. from the look of things, it looks like this one might just fit the bill. it's got a quad core CPU which will DEFINITELY work miracles with ICS. The CPU is also optimized for battery life and, considering that there is a 2100 mAh battery under there (vs. 1600 iirc on the S2), you're already looking at battery premiums.
the camera has some cool features and having used my note a LOT to take pictures and videos, that is definitely a welcome upgrade for me.

Looks sweet, now gotta wait until the specs of the new iphone are released. And considering Apple is always delayed hardware-wise I would say this is a solid option for my next smartphone.
