Don't know if you've seen this for the racing games but they had it setup at the local Fry's. Pretty neat.

Re: I WANT THIS CHAIR

I can already see how fast the chickie you just bought back to your place makes her fast getaway after she lays eyes on your special xbox chair. Nice work poindexter.

Re: I WANT THIS CHAIR

That is kinda sad. Has gaming got that big that they need to make special chairs for people addicted to playing video games. Another great marketing ploy by microsoft.

it's not a new concept... about 10 years ago my grandpa bought me a gaming chair for the oldskool nintendo. I can't find any pictures of it on the net, but it was pimp. basically a seat sitting on top of a joystick, you would lean the direction you wanted to go on the chair, and you had a handle coming up on either side of you with the A,B,Start, and Select buttons on them

I broke it. Used the fuck out of it

Re: I WANT THIS CHAIR

It doesn't look like it's made by microsoft; it's a conglomeration of a bunch of real world audio gear. Although, it looks incredibly dumb.

For someone so into gaming as to buy this chair, wouldn't they be playing for so long as to want to lie down for a while? And surround sound is cool for movies, but it just gets downright fatiguing in video games when you're constantly in action.

For the same money I'd recommend just getting a nice sound system.
