Well, I must admit that I enjoyed more than I expected,
Some tracks could be out but in general is a good selection,
For some reason, on cd 3, he reminds me his great moments
in 2000 and 2001 with that kind of progrees with dark techno
and deep melodies and I really enjoyed.
Has groove has melody, so, its really good for me.
And definitely, head to head with Argentina on first place.Leave a comment:

^ its always going to be like that unfortunately .. its the whole experience that counts.. when you taka away all the other elements like crowd, energy, drugs/alcohol, sound system, set/setting, etc. and you just put your headphones at home instead.. its never going to sound/feel as good : (
I always approach live sets with that mindset..
Anyway.. this is sublime.. I really like the flowLeave a comment:

Playing a cd on a pc through a USB interface is an absolute guarantee of shitty sound so don't be too surprised by muddy bass frequencies, you're over processing
Also could be the over compression of tracks that have already been compressed, always undesirable and I don't know why they do it
Not playing on a PC. Playing on this:

CD extracted to FLAC via XLD on Mac, and verified bit-perfect rip.
FLAC player in car sends Optical Digital out.Leave a comment:

Re: 2015 John Digweed Live In?
It sounds pretty good in my headphones (Ultimate Ears Customs).
In my car the bass is a little muddy, but the part that really doesn't sound right is the staging. The soundstage on this mix is really low for some reason. Almost like it's not in stereo, but mono. I realize most electronic music doesn't have proper staging, but most of the good recordings sound excellent in my car. They usually image nice and high like they should. This one is different.
Just something I've noticed....Leave a comment:

Possibly the only person who isn't loving this as much as everyone else to be honest.
I enjoyed moments of CD2, and CD3 has a couple of nice tracks on it, but I can't think of any amazing tracks that I wanted to go back and listen to really.
IMO London still way out on top as the best of the series.
My preferred ones are:
London
Argentina
Cordoba
Toronto
South Beach
Miami
SloveniaLeave a comment:

Except for London for some reason. It doesn't sound like a studio-mix, but noticeably better than the rest.Leave a comment:
