LMAO!!! Seriously though, it's my opinion that TV news media is extremely liberal, with the exception of Fox News which leans to the right...they're damn near falling over in fact...but I like the fact that when I watch CNN, ABC, CBS, etc...I get another slant to the story...this helps me make up my own mind and not believe what's being said on any one news channel. And I will say that Fox, unlike other channels, consistently has both libs and cons debating the topic of the day together...I find it interesting how many libs, not all, just can't answer a direct question. Instead they dance around the issue, which is understandable...because after all, how can you defend the fact the Kerry speaks out of both sides of his mouth, especially when much of it is on video and well documented...this election will be interesting... -

It's too bad more people don't do this. If we stick to one news/opinion source, or even listening only to media that coincides with our personal ideologies, we become tools of the media rather than the media being a tool that we use to help make intelligent decisions...

^^^ I am firm believer in that. TV is so one sided. Reading is probably my fav with a little night TV for a laugh. esp local news.

Re:: fox news
I agree with Tanaka's opinion on getting as many sources from different angles and making your own mind up.
For the right wing thinking, I watch Fox news and read the Wall st journal.
For the left wing thinking, I read the NY times and watch CNN or MSNBC.

Re:: fox news
I prefer watching the local news and for national news I usually watch Fox or CNN. I watch MSNBC if it's a Saturday night where they show stuff that's like Court TV.
Ever watch ABC news at 3 in the morning or so? They tend to cut up and have a laugh on there!Comment
