Music Cutter and Cue Sheets

I'm having a problem using the cue sheets provided by MS for the Metrodance shows. I can load the cue sheets just fine into Music Cutter, but it ends up cutting up two tracks per song. It labels one "Index" and one "Audio." Plus it doesn't cut up the mp3 at all. It just makes blank mp3 files with the "Index" and "Audio" names.
