    Stay away from PayPal. They've tried to fuck me over so many times. They have a crappy policy.

        This concept should really guide your experience on eBay -- if a deal seems to good to be true, it likely is. You can reasonably expect to pay less than FMV, but not by a huge margin.

        Anymore, the only way you're going to get something at well less than market value is if the item is misspelled or is ending in the middle of the night when not many people are on there.
