it's possible with acrobat reader, but I'm not sure if you don't have the permissions. just make screenshots and paste them together

do you need to just print the file or copy and paste it?

I've never seen permissions required for a print, but copy/edits are sometimes protected. if you need the text copied, there is a 'text select tool'. highlight, ctrl+c, and you should be okay.

assuming you can open it of course, it has an owner password. (may not even let you cut 'n paste it elsewhere too)

                  in which case:

Instantly unlock PDF restrictions and enable editing, printing and copying of locked PDF files. Recover original PDF passwords with configurable attacks. Break 40-bit encryption in under a minute with patented Thunder Tables technology.

                  try that...

if it needs a password to open as well...good luck. Find a password hacking program.

At work we once had that problem. Using the print icon from acrobat reader won't work. But opening the files in an IE window allowed us to print it with the 'File/Print' menu. Strange, but it worked for us.
