It was kind of a mixed finale, but definately a good show and worth waiting for season 2.

it was a decent episode - not great, but decent.

wonder if either petrelli will be back... im guessing peter will but maybe not nathan? of course nathan had to come back, although i didnt predict it it make sense. sylar will be back for sure.

cant wait for season 2.

Agreed. Sylar's death was anti-climatic and we never got to see a Peter VS Sylar showdown. Nathan flying Peter into the sky was a surprise though, and I have a feeling Peter is alive somewhere since he has his healing power. The Nikki/Jessica and family plot was a bit of a letdown towards the end, like, "that's all they're there for?" But otherwise, still enjoyed the episode and the culmination of season 1.

So I guess the big shocker was brothers in arms? I was hoping for a little more from Syler although we knew he was going to get the blade from Hiro. Just really suprised to see Peter and Nathan go up in a cloud of smoke.

Heroes: Origins is supposed to fill in during the times when Heroes isn't running so they don't have 5-6 week gaps in between new episodes like they did a few times this season.

yeah i think i may have misread it... and Heroes: origins IS season 2. either way, season 1 finale tonight, thought it was 2hrs but looks like just one. oh well, should be awesome anyway - cant wait to see how it all ends up!

read on yahoo that next season there will be a 24 episode season as well as a spinoff called Heroes: Origins.

anyone know if thats true, or if Origins is the second season?

I just can't wait for the final chapter of the season... really is the best show ever... i hope the next season is going to be better than this
