Sweden lost to the Czechs today but Forsberg wasn't on the team (he is in Canada getting custom skate's made...eh)

however this is gonna be very interesting with many strong teams...

the Swedish team with Notable NHL Players: Markus Naslund, Vancouver Canucks; Peter Forsberg, Colorado Avalanche; Daniel Alfredsson, Ottawa Senators; Mats Sundin, Toronto Maple Leafs; Niklas Lidstrom, Detroit Red Wings looks very very strong!

sweden is a good team , they surprised in the last olympics with their "torpedo" offense (is that the name) but i think teams adjusted to that style already....so it's old time hockey: hard work!

That is just our team. It isn't going to get any better in the future. We have a guy in the CHL that Gretztky says is going to break everyone of his records. U probably haven't heard of him yet because he isn't american. In fact u probably don't even know about the World Cup of Hockey because the reporters know u guys don't stand a chance in hell in winning and u guys don't report losers. ..It's good to be canadian.

as far as who can beat us...russia doesnt have a chance. their team isnt nearly as strong as it used to be. though they might just beat us cause i said that. either way, i think the US is too old, sweden has my hometown's former goalie who is a choke artist, and the czech republic has no cohesion. in short, we should have this clinched.
