yeah and the NFL is becoming a holiday and less sports. only 17 weeks of games sucks. not to mention not a single sports commentator has the balls to stand up to the NFL athlete, licking thier balls at every oppurtunity.

SI actually had one article where peter king said peyton had a great game last week and then another guy saying that brady had a great game...... umm what game were they watching?

im tired of the NFL and bullshit around it.

    shut up
    play
and someone actually talk about the bad things.

1 out away, 1 strike away, best closer in baseball on the hill....biggest choke - sports history.

And I think Nixon will be serviceable in Cleveland as well, hopefully the fans appreciate him as much as we did around here. What makes this move twice as painful is that it means that now we are def. getting JD Drew - that's and extra kick in the nuts.

But WTF are we talking baseball for? We have Conference championship games in less than 48 hours - anyone else care to share thier picks?

    *cough*biggest choke ever*cough*

hey pelo, ready to get into baseball yet?

its january, and me and sully are already arguing sox/yanks.

and the yanks had one terrible choke,, admittedly the worst in a long ass time, probably ever, but shall we break out a list of red sox chokes???

    2006-- 5 game series
2005-- swept by the white sox
2000-2003-- lost every series, including regualr season, to the yanks

    bucker
    dent
    ............................................shall i continue past 1978?

aside, nixon will play well witht he tribe.

    red sox suck.

but he is damn funny and a phoneix fan. so i give him respect.

but hte red sox do suck and schilling eats huge cock while beckett takes it up the ass. and papi sits in the back, getting fatter and fatter by the day, proving he is only a one tool player who cant do shit execpt hit home runs at every possible oppurtunity. (i can trash manny, he is the best hitter i have ever seen) varitek is a punk bitch as well.

I can't believe how many readers predicted the following ending of the Pats-Colts game: Vinatieri shanks the game-winning field goal, rips off his jersey to reveal a Pats jersey, then runs across to the Pats sideline and jumps into Belichick's arms as Jim Nantz screams "Noooooooooo! Noooooooooo!" and Peyton Manning breaks out the greatest Manning Face of all-time. Would I sacrifice three months of my life for this to happen? Yeah, probably.
Classic. Simmons is a must read, especially since he's a fan of all things Boston.

if you think about it, really the ravens d did smash manning to death, just the colts d smashed mcnair to death worse

manning and brady have both had, by their standards, shitty playoff performances so far, that just makes this all the more interesting!

the Ravens had McNair not Tom Brady.. I think Brady is going to pick apart the Colts D.. Peyton will struggle because Belichek has a game plan where Peyton can't win.
