I actually think the CSI Miami is rubsh, cheesy as fuck Vs Vegas & NY.

I hate the colors as well and bloody Horatio talking by side angle !!

I actually think the CSI Miami is rubsh, cheesy as fuck Vs Vegas & NY.

Yeah, I get the feeling they?re constantly pushing CSI Miami towards Miami Vice territory, and Caruso acts more and more like Don Johnson, except Caruso?s trying to look tougher and more troubled, and doens?t wear that stupid blazer/pink t-shirt combo.

I?m kinda sick of the whole "looking sideays while putting on his cool-as-fuck sunglasses" shtick, and I used to like the guy.

I've come full circle on David Caruso and CSI Miami. I used to absolutely hate it because it was just so god-awful cheesy. See my thread on this topic:

I've got to vent here for a moment. As much as I enjoy the CSI franchise, I can no longer endure any more CSI Miami. This is for one reason and one reason only, and his name is David Caruso.

Watching Caruso act is beyond painful -- when he dramatically rips off his sunglasses to make a point before dramatically putting them back on to make another point, I just want to cry. Does Caruso ever look at the person to whom he's talking? Of course not -- he opts instead for looking off into the distance as he muses some none-too-interesting comment to whomever feels like listening. See, Caruso need not address his comments to anyone in particular -- the things he says are so fucking fascinating that all in the area will attentively listen and react.

Even the most mundane observation is delivered as if he just unlocked the Rosetta stone, only with a wannabe-Fonzie flair. Hands on hips, eyes locked forward, and with every conceivable cliche in full bloom, Caruso will deliver line after line with the needless drama of a Celine Dion song. Oh how I hate him.

Now, I've come to enjoy it as being so over the top, the horrific acting is entertainment in and of itself.

That was awesome! And I have to agree with it.

But from what I remember, he wasn?t THIS bad in NYPD Blue...I wonder if he?s told to act this way, I mean he can?t possibly think anyone takes the sunglasses routine seriously anymoe?

don't watch any of the CSI's any more, but i did used to watch the first one and the Miami one. if you learn to not take them seriously and just start kicking back and enjoying the brooding Horatio, the show is funny.

i hate this guy i think he is the worst actor in history i dont understand why hes still alive
