think he's only been noticed slightly longer than this year by the world abroad, but my vote goes to matthew dekay.
excellent seemlesss mixer. his flow is very smooth and he gets it going right.

he's been around a while, but i believe thats his debut artist album. his older mix cds are awesome too

I was disappointed with 2003 and the quality of sets available, while this year I find the sets are better quality with more a sound that is defining itself more and more...
