you know what jib i don't know i did register when I was 18 and voted then but i'm 30 now and have not voted since then but i'm going to look right now and find out what the deal is

i would like to vote. in an effort to better myself.
but i am not registered where i live.
am registered in fl still. i think.
is it easy to do a change? or absentee ballot? not sure how it works.
someone said i could do it online.
any suggestions?
