Re: Can't endorse either candidate
Ya very small, they publish a paper like once a month, and probably have a reader base of 15 people. Any newspaper that calls themselves such, but with a single publication a month can not in any way be considered "press". How many other blogs are on the net, many of which are written by people in Texas, who also refuse to support Bush, thats all this is.

There is no such thing as the supposed "Liberal Media". It doesn't exist. Two of the founding principles of Journalism is credibility and objectivity. If a larger portion of the media disagrees with Conservatives, it's just because most Journalists actually take the time to research the issues. Besides, there are plenty of Media outlets that propogate so called "Conservative" positions. Whatever Conservative means.Leave a comment:

...although I'm sure the Bushies will point out that this is no doubt because of the "liberal media."

Hey Bushies, speaking of the "liberal media," how do you reconcile that with what Sinclair is doing, running that "newsworthy" smear movie on Kerry?Leave a comment:

Re: Can't endorse either candidate
Not to say that this isn't an interesting article-- it is. However, it's more interesting to note that the Tampa Tribune is a deeply conservative rag, and since 1952 has only actually endorsed one Democratic candidate: Barry Goldwater.
These facts alone make it rather interesting to note that they were unable to endorse Bush, and in fact the good majority of the article is a diatribe against Bush, with only the finish a lukewarm blurb against Kerry.
Meanwhile, in looking at all the endorsements given thus far-- Kerry has a huge edge.
Even the small newspaper in Crawford, Texas weighed in on the endorsement issue: Kerry for President! http://www.iconoclast-texas.com/Colu...ditorial39.htmLeave a comment:
