Downloads not working "Proper credentials missing"

Sometimes the easiest solutions are hardest to find out...I just checked and now I know what is wrong. The servers where our downloads are stored are all out of function because of maintainance work so it has nothing to do with our site or the scripts we use. Just try in a few hours or tomorrow again. I will keep you updated. :wink:

i reset firefox and exploder and get:

Delete every cookie from mercuryserver.com you have in your temporary internet folder, erase the link to our site from your favourites and enter the link http://www.mercuryserver.com NEW in your browser and bookmark it again..then try to download again and let us know if it helped.
