    k thx. scratched that then.

always wondered this: is it impossible to improve compressed audio? and why is that so?

i would assume they got the capability by now. our technology is still pretty weak tho, they need to invent something that can improve it somehow in the future. ffs. haxxx

    No it won't.

Increasing the bitrate wont change anything except just wasting more hard drive space for the same quality.

If it is already compressed (mp3) you cant do anything to it to improve it. What we got is what we get.

If it was FLAC or a WAV (Lossless), then yes, converting to 96 or 320 yeilds massive sound difference.

With that said, converting the 96 to FLAC or WAV, then converting that to 320... it will be the same quality as what we started with (96).

It's funny cuz in parts the volume sounds great but goes in & out for most of the set. Thought my headphones were crapping out at first. A drink and a cold beverage to who can fix this.

don't think i'll have time to convert 'em all today to 320. i'll check back later. if anyone wants to do it for themselves and or post them here -- this program works very well for formatting purposes. it's free and easy.

Crazy how the DJ Inc. set is 192kbps and Howells is half that. I actually found the DJ Inc. set last November except it just said Howells warm-up with no identifier.

If anyone can, me love them long time. The poor quality robs it of the good peak time shit.
