Sasha killed it! The warm up tracks he played were to die for... Im just so happy right now, was the Sasha i came to hear, and nice to hear it strait out on the CDjs.

It was a joke after Steve made this ludicrous stament

you bring in a heavy hitter like Digweed or Sasha who clearly only begin reach their stride after 3 or so hours, you don't need more than 1 warm up dj

Followd by me saying this

If any DJ takes more than 3 hours to get in their stride they may as well give up. Especially when like Sasha or Digweed they have access to so many unreleased or exclusive tracks. If it takes 3 hours something is seriously wrong. This is not good work, If this is an example of world-class DJ-ing they may as well let the residents play all night! and plenty of them.

Followed by Steve getting annoyed and not wanting to extrapolate on his ludicrous statement

Wahi is opening for Digweed. Wahi's sets are definitely worth it, and to top it off with Digweed imploding your brain for a bit after that - even his 3 hours is worth it.

I went to The Mid for JFK about a month ago. It's a pretty standard Chicago club. Not any worse or better than the others, in my opinion. Though, it's outside of the downtown area, so parking is better.
