Going for ALBUMS and not mix compilations.

Moderat - Moderat. So in love with this album. Probably my favourite electronic album of the past 5 years. Pioneering.
The Prodigy - Music for the Jilted Generation. Obvious, but classic. So many massive club bangers.
Underworld - Beaucoup Fish. Probably their strongest album, but they have stronger tracks elsewhere.
Goldie - Timeless. This album truly is timeless, it still sounds fantastically fresh after all these years. Angel gives me shivers, state of mind is awesome. Inner City goodness!
The Orb - Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld. Ambient house is born, awesome "morning after" listening.
