          Re: John Digweed live in?

Maybe Global Underground 014 cd1 is a good example. To me it sounds like there's Progressive House, Progressive Trance, Tribal House and even some Techno in there.
And Fabric 20 perhaps. Seems to go from Ambient to Progressive House. (1.Strive to Live --- 2.Traber), and the track right after Billy dAllessandro's In The Dark (7.Venom?) seems totally out of place... don't even know what genre that is.

But in most cases I agree that Digweed is not swapping genres, and in my opinion that is not a bad thing.

I would have said Journeys By A DJ, but that's the exception not the rule.

A taste of last weekend, cramped to say the least but really enjoyed the set. Standing right in the rear at this, thought to myself not worth pushing ahead to see his head closer.

This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.
