Anyone in Construction, Demolising, USA ?

So they are demolishing an old warehouse next to my building and I was wondering how Thanksgiving will interrupt their schedule.

Do you think they will work the day of Thanksgiving ? I was thinking they would do a half-day Thanksgiving and then have the day off Friday ? What is the time off usually like for construction workers in the USA ??
