i am chewing gum. not nicotine gum. just good old spearmint flavour orbit. keeping me occupied thus far, although its not been to long since my last cig, which was when i decided to quit (about 24 full hours)

The patches build off the amount they give off...dudez, just read the damn packaging.

You buy a set, and follow the prescriptions. Each time yo put on another one, it should have a lower dose. They don't just give em the same dose...
