Well ... your original image was larger that 100px in with.
This is why the board resized it. When you just change a images size it will look pixelated ... specially gifs.
All I did was to resize it to 100px in with with a image editor software. When you do this all points are recalculated and color is reasaigned ... so it looks good.
Hope you understood what I ment here
