I'm also in the middle of buying a new house.... 4BR, 2.5 bath. I close on April 6th, and am moving in with my girlfriend and her two kids. I own my current house, so I'm also trying to figure out what it takes to be a ruthless landlord. That part is a headache, but there's lots of change in the air to be excited about

I also just bought a new car stereo as a birthday present to myself. I wanted something that had a USB input on it so I didn't need to keep inserting CDs, so I got this:
