    Congrates on the house, I know that warm fuzzy feeling, the wife and I bought a house four months ago and there no feeling like that in the world of calling a place of your own.

            Congrats dude! Whens the first party? Sounds like a nice place looking forward to seeing pictures of it. If your looking for a lawnmower and your yards', flat look into the robomower on ebay. I bought mine for the same price as a regular lawnmower and if your into home automation than I'm sure you'll get a kick out of it.
