    Hmmm...good point. I guess I didn't read the first post good enough, I thought they were migrant workers who knew no one in this country and were completely taken advantage of. If they were just a bunch of bums who were given work in exchange for their dependencies, well at least they won't be breaking into houses and shit to get money for it.

      the homeless people went there on their own free will. they were not kidnapped and brought there.
      i say fuck em
      would rather have them off the streets and working in some potato picking crack factory than stalking my girlfriend for change or food as she walks to her car after school.

        What you guys have to understand (and I'm only going by what I've read) that while these people went there initially on their own free will, they were immediately forced into debt. I would save the skepticism until you actually do a bit of research and understand how these 'work camps' operate.
