the big diggerence is that its not necessary that all good comes from bad, its just the subsequent period is not filled with the crap that the bad delivered and hence has the feeling of "technically" being "good" in comparison. Most "good" doesn't automatically turn up. A shit load of effort goes into making anything "good".
Had we as a team done nothing during the course of the year, we would not have been where we are today.
