I have just checked the Avalon set. It is not one of the sets I was given by Danny. I have checked it and it is a crowd recording, and a very poor one.

The other two are both great sets.

Ok. I have just got back from London. I spoke to Danny at the Twisted Audio boat party. He has given me the nod to upload a couple of mixes. This won't happen until the weekend as I am working the rest of the week. The problem is which ones. I was thinking the Vinyl set. If anyone has any other suggestions from the list, post them here and I will have a think. Any decision, will require me to listen to it and then agree it with Danny.

The Vinyl file needs editing and I would have to a host for a 1.5Gb file.

WOW, good news - maybe you propose some mixes (which arent too big to host) and we have a poll.
or maybe you share some older mixes (1998-200)3 and some of the newer ones (2011+)

personnally, I'd like something of a decent length with Danny's typical quality house music sound but not too old either.

Danny is very up for the idea. I punted the idea of flogging off 100 hard drives at £200 with everything on them. With costs and postage etc, it would make a minimum of £10,000 for charity (hopefully closer to £15,000) if we sold 100

i am definitely down hard drives may be better than a thumb drive if we are talking more than 500gb worth, cheaper anyway. certainly would be bad if the hard drive suddenly failed but you run that risk with anything i guess.. backup backup.

Hoe large is the whole collection? 2.5'' drives would look cute, there are cheap sata to usb enclosures so you won't need to connect them directly to the pc.
