sorry, i just honestly think this is the lowest form of humor. and it's really not too funny at all. it's rather disgusting that some people manifest these types of thoughts.
obviously you dont know what a rusty trombone is

just saw this tonight... good stuff. george carlin, whoopie goldberg, bob saget, and sarah silverman all had some great contributions to the movie. I will say I was a bit disappointed in the movie, as it wasn't as funny as I expected... but it was still a good watch. if my opinion counts for anything, I'd say wait until it comes to dvd

i forced one of my friends to go watch it with me, and she hated almost every bit of it (except for some classic stuff from Sarah Silverman and Bob Saget )

    Re: THE ARISTOCRATS

My boss told me about this movie yesterday. At first I had no clue what he was talking about as I never heard about "the aristocrats joke". After doing some websurfing I came to understand what the movie is all about and I can't wait for it to come out... Just to think that I get to hear Robin Williams, John Stewart, George Carlin, etc do their version of the joke, it's worth the ticket... Personally, I think it is going to be one of the funniest movies ever..

That's actually kinda the point. It started as a ramped up version of those jokes that are supposed to be funny, mostly to the teller, because they make the listener sit through an incredibly long-winded story to reach a non-existent punchline. That it is also extremely raunchy ups the ante, and it has over the years become a badge of honor amongst comedians to see who could come up with the raunchiest version.

Certainly not funny to everyone, but once you know that the goal is not to actually tell a funny joke but to be as offensive as possible, you can at least look at it in the proper light.

is there an echo in here? You don't have to think it's funny if you don't want to, but maaany people do think it's funny. Comedy is about pushing limits and saying what most people don't normally discuss... not about clowns. if you don't like it, that's cool... but don't say it's the lowest form of humour out there.
