Soundforge streaming question

Hey all what is the best bit rate and sample rate to have on soundforge when streaming my mixes. i just got a new laptop and soundforge and i am new to burning my own mixes. any help would b appericated. Thanks

settle down mate. i hadnt noticed this post til now.. but im an avid sound forge user.
i record my mixes on sound forge 6. the bitrate in which to save your sets is really a matter of personal choice. but you'll want to save them at 192kbps or higher for cd quality. at 128kbps or lower you will hear some fuzz in your mix.
