                  No! You change the potential energy of your body by the same amount either way. The energy used is the amount of work done to move your body through the distance in a certain time. Do it quicker, you do more work over a shorter time, do it slowly you do less work over a longer time.

                                      there is a great book out there called the "The Hot Zone". It really talks about the specific strain Ebola Zaire.

                                                      My Dad was an engineer at a hospital that researched these viruses - Ebola, Green Monkey, etc. My Mum used to hate him working there. Perfectly safe as long as the correct protocols were followed. One of his collegues got careless and caught something nasty. Bad news...
