if stealing someone else's work were curable, the RIAA would've done it a long time ago. the whole internet is a repost... everyone's name is in the megaupload tags so I don't see much of an issue

the problem imo is in just posting links that other people have taken the time to upload. For example, I tend to uload to sendspace as the upload speed seems the best to me, but there is a limit to the amount of downloads of the file. If someone goes and post the link elsewhere then it expires and MS peeps can miss out.

I have no moral problem with downloading a file from a torrent and uploading it for people to grab.
