you must try that. especially if given the chance to enjoy it with a great steak.

only after prolonged exposure can i drink a lot of that. for beginners into heavy stouts, its hard to have more than 2. (im a beer freak, hardcore). but if you try it with a steak, it will only enhance itself and the food. trust me, if you have the chance, do it. cuz once you get into things like porters and stouts, you will be exposed to so many wonderful brews from all over the place that surprise you. even try a bock or double bock, most notably the sam addams double bock, its nothing short of fantastic. especially in the colder weather of the year.

im forming a beer lvoers group on this forum.

well at least i got it half right. I do remember watching the thirsty traveller and they were speaking about belgian beer and how the lambic is considered sacred to some beer drinkers.

Well, if you want to have it completely correct it's a Geuze rather than a Lambic (a Geuze is a Lambic with foam, Lambic is still beer and we don't do that shit here anymore: two to three fingers foam or die!). Btw, if you wanna look like a die hard, you order it calling it a Kriek (cherry, pronounced like creek)

Really weird to see that the stuff we wash down our fries with is priced higher than a good wine overthere
