So I'm heading out to Hawaii from 12/14 - 12/24........anyone know of any decent clubs or shows around that time? From what I hear Hawaii's nightlife is kind of lame, mostly top 40 stuff and lots of tourists. I'm staying with a friend who's been out there for over a year, but I thought I would see if anyone on here knows of anything.

I think there is a club there called "The Living Room". low end specialists did a gig there. It was posted on hear somwhere. other than that you're probably right with the top forty stuff.
